About the Artist

My name is Michaela Gačnik and I'm an artist based everywhere. I work mostly in oil, though I like wandering into acrylics, screen printing, and ceramics too. For the past couple of years I've been traveling solo around the world, and it's reshaped the way I see color and terrain.

Most of my work is landscapes drawn from those travels. Alongside them, I paint pet portraits that capture the personality and companionship our animals bring to our lives.

When I'm not painting, I run Mici Studio, where I design brand identities and websites for brands with places to go.
